What we do

From design through finished product

Nexus is a manufacturer: every stage from product design to final finish is carried out in one facility, which holds tolerances and finish consistent across production runs.

  • Design to fit

    Products are developed around the application — spans, rise and run, loads, and site conditions.

  • Fabricate & weld

    Extrusion is cut, punched, and machined, then welded and assembled on our own fixtures.

  • Powder coating

    An in-house line running SuperDurable powder specified above AAMA 2604, with Satin Black as standard.

  • Deliver

    Completed product is scheduled for delivery or pickup at the plant in Versailles.

What we manufacture

All in powder-coated aluminum — produced in standard sizes or fabricated to the dimensions of the job.

  • Railing

    Level and stair rail panels, posts, mount hardware, and gates, produced under our DuraGuard name for residential, commercial, and fence applications.

  • Screen enclosures

    Framing extrusion, screen, and hardware for porch and patio enclosures, along with screen doors, fabricated to the opening.

  • Structural products

    Load-carrying aluminum built to the dimensions and conditions of the job, including stairs and landings, support posts, and canopies.

Our plant

Manufactured in Missouri

Nexus operates from a single facility in Versailles, working in aluminum extrusion. Fabrication, welding, powder coating, and assembly are all performed in-house, keeping quality control with the people who build the product.

Aluminum is the reason the product lasts: it will not rot or rust and the powder coat is specified above the industry standard for exterior finish durability.
